Single Way Bearings

Single Way Bearings

Single way bearing is also called one-way clutch, which the transmission is in only one direction. When the power drives the passive components, only the single direction is transmitted. If the power transmission change the direction (e.g clockwise change to counterclockwise), the transmission of passive component force will stop driving.

Features:

Single-way bearing is made by a process of forming metal powder (or a mixture of metal powder and non-metallic powder) into a product by molding and sintering. Based on the study of powder characteristics and process variation characteristics, the corresponding technical process is adopted to change the shape, performance and structure of the powder to become the bearing products for different needs.
Solid single-way bearing is made by GCr15 bearing steel. After the heat treatment, the hardness is HRC61-65.  The bearing is small size with a high load capacity.  It has enough space to store grease and has a longer interval of lubrication.

Single-way bearing and solid single-way bearing can completely drive shaft by the driving force "lock", to avoid the "lock" issue of the traditional stamping outer ring one-way bearing.
